"I LOVE love love this place. The whole experience from beginning to end was how going to a hairdresser should be - a pleasure, during which you are treated wonderfully. Everyone is friendly and lovely. Cocktails are great. Decor and ambience are wonderful - relaxed and welcoming, with a slight edge, and certainly no production line; don't know how they managed to get it so perfect. And now down to business: I had THE best cut of my entire life (no exagerration) from Chris, and I don't have easy hair to style - plus I came in with a problem with it, and Chris came up with the perfect solution. He was willing to suggest something better than the style I came in wanting - which was great (since some hairdressers will just do what you tell them), but offered to do the style I wanted if - after a few days - I didn't like the one he had given me (I didn't go back, needless to say!). It's a totally genius haircut - absolutely genius; beautiful cut, easy to look after, flattering, perfect for the person I am. Looking forward to going back - I've never said that about any hairdresser!"

He always gives me exactly the cut I want, despite my donkey descriptions, and is charming and funny whilst being utterly competent and professional. The salon is warm and welcoming and, yes, they give you fantastic cakes and a great headrub with your shampoo! Perfect."
